The room was clean and comfortable during our romantic escape. It was refreshing to see well-maintained rooms with basic facilities in good condition. The convenient location close to the shopping mall and great restaurants allowed us to explore the area with ease. We also enjoyed the wonderful service provided by the housekeeping staff who consistently ensured our room was in top-notch condition.

The unpleasant odor from the toilet was a significant flaw during our stay. We had to frequently use deodorant to cover the pungent scent.

During Christmas, we had a good time in our hotel, with two complementary facts offered and a great location having several attractions nearby. What we truly enjoyed was the city night view from the room balcony.

The downside was that the bathroom was not well-maintained, the bedsheets seemed unwashed, and smelly pillows gave us no choice but to use our own perfume. the housekeeping team did not do a proper job and we had to spray our own deodorizer in the toilet to get rid of the bad odor.

Es gab bequeme Betten und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal, da es sich in der Nähe des historischen Zentrums befand und wir somit die Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erreichen konnten.
